Aston Martin Reveals Its Luxury Miami Highrise

A sail-shaped building designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger unraveling a panoramic view of Biscayne bay located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard way at the mouth of Miami river. Aston Martin reveals its first real estate project, the Miami high-end luxury building which is expected to stand tall by 2021. The lavish building will give the legendary car maker company a new area to master and expand its lifestyle.

Spread in 1.25-acre site, the Aston Martin residence in collaboration with the Argentinian architects the Coto family to build a 66-floor luxury residential tower. The tower will contain 390 condominiums, two private lobbies with reception desks, a full-service spa, and a fitness center. Other amenities include an infinity pool, an art gallery, children’s room, micro-cinema, and an exclusive yacht marina.

The building will be called Aston Martin Residence and will have seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse with private terraces and pool. The building regular apartment has variety range from one to four bedrooms. It will stand glittering against the Miami skyline showcasing the finest building in Miami. “It’s not a brand-slapping exercise,” said Katia Bassi, a vice president at Aston Martin. The company wants to make its mark “in all the [cities] where it’s important to be, and Miami is one of those,” she said.

The company resolved to go forward with brand’s general philosophy by using Fibonacci series in the design of the building and leather door tabs and artisan-made handles.
