The Gurgaon Polo and Equestrian Club hosted the 2nd edition of the British High Commissioner’s Polo Day on 8th December 2017.
Instituted by Sir Dominic Asquith, British High commissioner to India , The Polo day was celebrated on 8th December , where a match was played between the visiting British Army team and the Gurgaon Polo Club team every year.
This year was a tad different as another team took part. The Jitterbugs from South Africa made it a three way contest for the peninsula trophy.
The Hackett - British army team and Gurgaon Polo Club team were level on points after the matches and the former was declared winner based on goal average.
Mr Rehat Singh was adjudged the Most valuable Player of the Tournament.
