Capturing The Day 1 Of Vodafone Sirmour Cup In Intensity

The Vodafone Sirmour Cup opened at the RPC Ground, Jaipur today where four teams came in to battle against each other.

The second match of the day got into action at 3:00 pm at the RPC Ground, where the opening goal of the match was bagged in by team Vodafone Warriors, soon after which the game turned competitive as the ground witnessed two back to back goals in favor of Garcha Hotels. The ground had Shamsheer Ali and Manuel F Llorente in action that brought the scoreboard to Garcha Hotels 2 and Vodafone Warriors 1 by the end of first chukker.

The second chukker started off with Llorente into action to score the third goal for the team, to which was quickly answered by Samir Suhag’s splendid strike. With this the chukker wrapped.

The third chukker started off with Basheer Ali on strike for Vodafone Warriors who bagged the goal for his team. This was in a fraction of seconds answered by Shamsheer Ali where he seized the fourth goal for his team. The chukker wrapped after a competitive battle on the ground with the scoreboard as-

The fourth chukker gets into fierce action with once again Shamsheer Ali on strike for his team Garcha Hotels. After a quick follow up, Shamsheer Ali got onto strike once again. The chukker wrapped at this with a score of-

The fifth witnessed a lot of action with Samir Suhag opening the chukker in style, the fourth goal for his team. His action was soon complimented by Basheer Ali, who bagged in the fifth goal. The combined effort of the team brought the scoreboard to a close battle, but Manuel F Llorente came back into the game, striking the seventh goal for his team. Coming into action once again, Garcha Hotels had Shamsheer Ali on strike marking the eighth goal for the team.

The day opens with a tremendous start, and breaking the scoreboard to life for Sona Polo, Abhimanyu Pathak strikes the opening goal in style bringing the scores to 1.5-1, wherein the Cavalry/ Krishna Polo had an advantage of 1.5 goals. Matching the pace of the game, Cavalry/ Krishna Polo brought lead to their team with back to back goals, bringing the scoreboard to 3.5-1.

SONA POLO: 1

 

The second chukker of the match starts off with Abhimanyu Pathak on the strike where he seized the second goal for the team Sona Polo. Rewinding the team effort once again, Sona Polo ruled the scoreboard with second consecutive goal in the wrapping seconds of the match.

The third chukker opened with the patron of the team into action, where Sunjay Kapur seized the third goal for the Sona Polo team. The splendid goal of the patron was followed by Abhimanyu Pathak’s move, where he bagged in the fourth goal for the team that brought the team to a decent lead. Getting into the intensity and defensiveness of the game, HH Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh of Jaipur strikes two goals back to back in favor of Sona Polo. This was soon followed by Simran’s splendid goal, that had the scoreboard to 8 for Sona Polo
 

 

 

Chukker 3: CAVALRY/KRISHNA POLO: 3.5B

The fourth chukker starts with Lt Col Vishal Chauhan’s strike in favor of Cavalry/ Krishna Polo that brought the scores to 4.5 for the team. This was quickly followed by Ashvini Sharma’s goal. The wrapping goal for the chukker was stroke by HH Maharaja Sawai Padmanabh Singh Of Jaipur.

 

 

 

Chukker 4: CAVALRY/KRISHNA POLO:6.5
SONA POLO:9

 

The match galloped into the fifth chukker as the tournament is a 14 goal tournament and after some fierce action, the match wrapped with Cavalry/Krishna Polo striking the last goal of the match.
