Jodhpur and Central Academy Battle In An Intense Match On Day 3 Of Rajputana & Central India Cup

The match opened in a sunny day with pleasant wind and 2 teams are getting ready face each other for the qualification to semi-finals of the cup. Crowd was fanatic and clapping of hand was way too louder. The side-lines are demographically packed by the hometown supporters.

The third day of the Rajputana and Central India cup witnessed hometown team “Jodhpur” and Central Academy go head to head for the qualification for semi-finals. The 10-goal cup of the 19th Jodhpur Polo season Matchday 3 was full packed with total excitement and agony. The crowd was packed and ready to see their respective passionate team in action. Both the teams have a taste of defeat in their previous match and let’s see which team would come as a winner for the qualification ticket to semi-finals of the Cup.

The first chukker began with Bhawani Singh eyeing for the goal and scoring beautifully. The score is 1 to Central Academy. After couple of minutes, 30-yard penalty given in the favour of Jodhpur. Angad kalaal stands tall to take the penalty and scoring it beautifully for Jodhpur. Suddenly ½ awarded to the Jodhpur polo adding to their score. Abhimanyu Pathak from Central Academy is playing very well. After seeing the performance of Abhimanyu, well known Pacho, Padmanabh Singh, scoring a very well goal and setting up the mark of the team. In a proud tone, Commentator quote for Padmanabh and Abhimanyu that both of them are showing their class and passion for the sports. There was a good run by the Jodhpur team. That seems to be the ends the first chukker. The score is of first chukker is 1- 1.5 to Jodhpur Polo.

The second chukker tremendously when the home crowd start providing motivation to their home team- Jodhpur. The 2nd chukker started with Jodhpur in charge and for the same favoured for penalty to Jodhpur. Syed Basheer ali beautifully scores for Jodhpur. Now, the score is 2 ½ - 2 to Central Academy. After a while, there is a Brilliant run and goal by Bhawani Kalvi. Now, the Score is 3 to 2.5 to polo factory or Central Academy. Out of a sudden, one more goal is scored by Angad. The score is 3.5 to 3 to Jodhpur. As the match in 2nd chukker took a twist when 60-yard penalty was awarded to Central Academy. It was a Lovely goal which was powerful and high enough for defenders to defend was scored by Bhawani. Having seen that goal, in motivation, Abhimanyu taps the ball in and complete the goal for Central Academy. At the end of 2nd chukker, there is a battle between Angad kalaal and Bhawani for the goal. But nothing happened as the ball goes to the side-lines. The 2nd chukker ended with the score of 5 to 3.5 to Central Academy.

The third chukker saw some extra ordinary battle between the two teams as both the team was contesting for victory. The 3rd chukker starts seeing Bhawani contesting for the balls. After a while, Janmejaj unable to capitalize the goal as he strikes towards outside the post. Abhimanyu scoring a beautiful goal for Central Academy and with the same energy, crowd goes fanatic by his strike. Seeing this, Angad kalaal daughter cheering for her father so that it can get her motivation. In a moment, there was a Brilliant run by Basheer ali and give a crisp reply to Abhimanyu by scoring the goal telling his team mate that what you can do and I can do it better. Bhawani scores a beautiful score for the Central Academy. The score is now 7 goals to 4.5 to Central Academy. A 40-yard penalty was awarded to Central Academy and Bhawani misses very badly. Abhimanyu Pathak beautifully assisted to the goal but not able to score the tap in. The third chukker ends with the score of 7 to 4.5 to Central Academy.

The 4th chukker started as the crowd of the home team was cheering very loudly for their players so that their real motivation and pep come from inside so that they can get an incredible comeback against Central Academy. The 4th chukker started seeing Angad Kalaan full in motivation. In the starting, 30-yard penalty was favoured to Jodhpur. Angad kalaal stands tall to take the penalty and scores without any pressure. Another penalty was favoured in the house of Jodhpur team. Again, Angad Kallan up against 40-yard penalty but without pressure, Angad Kalaan scores beautifully defying Abhimanyu. In a meanwhile, strike by the Jodhpur striker towards the goal, Abhimanyu saving the goal by doing an extra-ordinary defensive duty. In some time, 30-yard penalty was awarded to Jodhpur and the crowd got crazy about this. Angad kalaan looking for the comeback and he beautifully converted the goal. Now, Jodhpur is leading to Central Academy. A very Beautiful comeback by Jodhpur. The score is now 7.5 to 7 to Jodhpur. Answering the Jodhpur team hard, Bhawani beautifully striking the ball towards the goal and great Padmanabh Singh encroaching for passion scoring the goal for Central Academy getting the lead again from Jodhpur which came from behind from 4.5 goals to 7.5 goals. Only 30mseconds remaining and out of nowhere, Jodhpur got the penalty and only 30 seconds remaining for the match to end, Angad kalaan intensely looking for the goal and makes no mistake scoring the goal for Jodhpur. The crowd got fanatic by seeing this Jodhpur team making an incredible comeback in their hometown. With that, the 4th chukker ends with the score of 8.5 to 8 to Jodhpur defeating the real champs- Central Academy.
