La Aguada Ladies Cup reached its final stage on Sunday, April 15th at the La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door, Argentina. The unbeaten team Why Not featuring Luisa del Carril (0), Sabrina E. Bradley (1), Hannah Grill (4), Hazel
Jackson (9) faced Las Tacuras featuring Bianca Pagano (1), Ali Rohm (1), Samantha Eddy (3) and Lia Salvo (9) in the finals of the Ladies Cup and were crowned winners as they beat them by 5 goals to 4, to claim the 14 goal, La Aguada Ladies Cup.
Why Not scored in the first half and were up 1-0 by the end of it. They extended their lead to 3-1 in the second chukker but Las Tacuras came back in the third chukker to score two more to tie the score at 3-3 at the end of the third. The fourth chukker was an intense affair as the match was anybody’s for the taking but Why Not came out on top as they score two more to win the match by 5 goals to 4.
The second place went to La Aguada following their 6-4 victory over La Canada. La Aguada dominated the match and despite a late comeback by La Canada, La Aguada won the match by 6 goals to 4.
