It is a great news for White Birch’s Mariano Aguerre and his fans because on 17th February 2017, it was finally decided that he will be inducted in the Museum of Polo’s Hall of Fame, Florida. This 10-goal polo player is being felicitated for his long and successful career in American Polo. He started playing for the White Birch at a young age of 16 and elevated his career by winning numerous championships including US Open twice and eight gold cup wins. He has been playing with Peter Brant, A white Birch player for more than 30 years now. He has also bred some of the most outstanding ponies of the game and own a breeding farm called Los Machitos. He also wanted to do something for the American Polo fraternity which has made him what he is presently, therefore, he decided to mentor young players of the ‘Team USPA’ program.
