QUEEN’S CUP PINK POLO FINALS
Team La Familia won the 10th edition of the Queen’s Cup Pink Polo 2018 at the Thai Polo and Equestrian Club and the well-known allover pink decoration made the tournament again one of the best and most impressive ones in the polo calendar of South East Asia.

Team La Familia won the 10th edition of the Queen’s Cup Pink Polo 2018 at the Thai Polo and Equestrian Club and the well-known allover pink decoration made the tournament again one of the best and most impressive ones in the polo calendar of South East Asia. The Queen’s Cup Pink Polo - a prestigious international ladies polo contest is organised to raise funds for the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok.
Team La Familia with Nurul Noorajala, Maria Seculini, Carolina Arteta and 9- goaler Lia Salvo 9 faced La Tabita the Polo Farm in the final of the Queen’s Cup Pink Polo.
La Tabita scored the first goal but La Familia countered immediately with two goals in the first chukker and the score by the end of it was 2-1 in their favour. La Familia took the lead with four goals in the 2nd and 3rd chukker and did not give up this advantage from then on. Both teams scored twice in the final chukker and La Familia emerged victorious by defeating La Tabita by 8 goals to 3.
Sofia Lorenzo was awarded the Most Valuable Player, and the Best Playing Pony award was given to Mimo owned by La Familia.
