24th January
Beginning off the action in style the first match of the day saw Mayfair Polo/ 61st Cavalry and ASC play off against each other. Anay Singh, Maj. Aman Singh, Salim Azmi and Dhruvpal Godara played for Mayfair Polo/ 61st Cavalry and Sep. Mukesh Gajjar, Naik Ravinder Mang, Akhil Sirohi and Shamsheer Ali played for ASC. Both sides presented an equivalent tackle, attacks, defense and passes with a display of nip and tuck scores on the board. Eventually ASC came out successful with 4.5 goals against 4 goals of Mayfair Polo/ 61st Cavalry.
The next match of the day was even more action packed than the first with MKC and Dynamix Achievers going head to head. The MKC quartet consisted of Amaan Qureshi, Rahul Dwarkadas, Sunny Patel and Samir Suhag and the Achievers quartet consisted of Dino Dhankar, Shyam Mehta, Kuldeep Singh Rathore and Daniel Otamendi. A flawless back and forth went on between the Sunny Patel’s 4 goals and Daniel Otamendi’s unmatched 5 goals, Kuldeep Singh Rathore’s defense and Amaan Qureshi’s attack. Eventually Dynamix Achievers came out triumphant with 8 goals against the prior’s 5.5 goals.
25th JanuaryÂ
The second day saw more tension filled matches as the teams came out with full valor and ready to conquer. Starting off Navy/ARTY faced off against Dynamix Achievers where Lt. Cdr. K.S. Rathi/ CPO Altaf, Naik Irfan Khan, Lt. Col. Samantray and Capt. A. P. Singh played for the former.
Throughout the match remained one-sided with the unmissable goals of Daniel Otamendi, Shyam Mehta and Kuldeep Singh Rathore leading them to an outstanding final score of 9 goals against 4 goals. Thus Dynamix Achievers seized the day
As the afternoon progressed, the next match panned out between Mayfair Polo/ 61st Cavalry and MD Polo which turned out to be an awe striking match. Playing for MD Polo were the amazing players Capt. Raumik Sharma, Dinyar Madon, Gaurav Sahgal and Simran S. Shergill. Although Salim Azmi and Dhruvpal Godara played an ideal game totaling to 4 goals it was Simran S. Shergill who stood out. MD Polo claimed victory with his 5 goals.
26th January
For the third day the winners and losers of the previous matches went head on against each other. Adding onto the combat, winners of the previous matches ASC and MD Polo faced off.
All eyes were on the all-stars Shamsheer Ali and Simran S. Shergill and their awesome back and forth.
Although the scoreboard tied for a long while eventually Shergill pulled his last minute shot and MD Polo won with a neck to neck 5 goals against 4.5 goals.
Next up to regain their position for the qualifiers MKC and Navy/ARTY came out to battle. Samir Suhag was replaced by Gonzalo Yanzon for MKC and Maj. Gutam replaced Lt. Cdr. K.S. Rathi for Navy/ARTY.
The match remained slow with MKC continuously scoring through Gonzales Yanzon and Sunny Patel’s partnership which resulted in a final victory by 7 goals against 4.5 goals.
28th January
The qualifier matches of the final tournament was witnessed with undefeated persistence in both games. MD Polo and MKC played off for the first match and throughout the match MD Polo was breathlessly scoring.
Goal after goal Simran S. Shergill and Gaurav Sahgal had their eyes on the prize the whole time. Eventually MD Polo won against MKC with an overwhelming 8 goals against 5 goals.
For the first time this season the next match saw two experts Shamsheer Ali and Daniel Otamendi going head to head with the match of ASC against Dynamix Achievers.
True to their untainted trajectory both Daniel Otamendi and Shamsheer Ali put up a great fight for their teams. Yet eventually Dynamix Achievers came out successful with 6 goals against 3.5 goals.
As we await the finals everyone holds their breath for the epic match of MD Polo and Dynamix Achievers which will end this season!
30th JanuaryÂ
Bringing the full-fledge Mumbai Season action to its zenith is the edge of the seat match between Dynamix Achievers and MD Polo. While both teams put on a spectacular display of their prowess certain players were outstanding throughout. The lively duo of Simran S. Shergill with four goals and Dinyar Madon with a single goal came in ruthless with their tackles consistently for MD Polo. At the same Achievers on their roll of wins kept up the momentum with unrivaled energy with Daniel Otamendi scoring five goals and Shyam Mehta’s two goals were moments straight out of a movie. This added onto Dino Dhankar and Kuldeep Singh Rathore  defense led them to an astounding victory with 7 goals against 5 goals for the Silver Stick Cup. For his epic performance throughout the season Daniel Otamendi was given the MVP at the Silver Stick Cup
With this the astounding Mumbai Season came to an end!
