for to compete in two biggest tournaments – The Season Open Cup and
The Season Finale Cup, played in September which is the Copa San

The Geneva Polo Club is located just minutes away from downtown
Geneva. Founded in 2008 by Coast Sullenger, the Club is a 30- hectare

adaptive to large and sponsored events. While on the other hand Field

feeling. The field is smaller and is ideal for the matches where the
action is closer to the crowd. The two Polo fields are equipped for
events and both have their own distinctive character and style. During
the season they feature white picket fences that acts as security
measure and beautification of the field.
The serviced stables are located just 300m from the polo fields and can accommodate horses during tournaments for the entire season, or year-round. One of the important tournament which is the Season Finale – Copa San martin for 2018 was booked under the name of Okapi. The tournament was sponsored by the argentine Estancia San Martin – Polo Farm and Family resort. The event was adorned with both thrill and beauty. The style was elegant but relaxed, with fancy hats for ladies and sporty chic for the men. Cool melodies generated by “Soul Brothers” set the perfect atmosphere for the crowd who chilled out on the side-lines while sipping Pimm’s or AIX rosé and watching the matches. A nice vibe hovered around. The divot stomping sessions were a great opportunity to stroll across the field, meet interesting people or network and take in the sights. After the “Americano” style round robin matches in the am, the two finalist teams, Lyon Polo Club and Okapi, led by Patron and team captain Mohamed Ndao, battled it out for first place. In a very close and intense match Okapi prevailed with 7 goals to 5 ½.
For 2019, it was hot and sunny Sunday when crowds of visitors arrived to see four teams battle it out on the field for the Copa San Martin 2019 which was sponsored by Estancia San Martin family resort, Argentina. There was lot’s happing at the club – in all respects! The smooth but jazzy tunes of Soul Brothers set the perfect atmosphere for a very chic and sporty crowd. Many danced on the lawn and around the stage! Special guest Vladi was everywhere with his funky art works –despite the contrast with the of very British classic cars with their fancy spreads on the side-lines. The models of La Heera flowed around the crowd in sleek style. Lots of diversity but such a nice vibe all around and lots of interaction at all levels and lots of AIX rosé and champagne. The Winners of the 2019 Copa San Martin was Neve Dental Clinic. Congratulations to Walter Cortez, Eduard Laubie, Sandra Schneider and Jacques Ducharne.
