Vendôme Luxury is the premium fashion trade show for luxury and high-end women’s collections during Paris Fashion Week since 2003,It represents a crossroad between style and trend which makes it appealing to renowned creators as well as the designers,The show is divided into three parts: Cutting Edge Designers, with womenswear; High End Accessories, with bags, shoes and scarves; and VL Collection, with jewelry. Each section of the show takes place in a different venue within the immediate vicinity of the Place Vendôme in Paris. This year its taking place from March 3 to March 6 in Paris.

The house of Dior : 70 years of haute culture
To celebrate the seventieth anniversary of Dior, French fashion house has teamed up with National Gallery of Victoria to host a retrospective exhibition. This exhibition will showcase more than 140 pieces exclusively designed by Dior in the past 70 years. Tracking the work of Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons and Maria-Grazia Chiuri over the last 70 years, the exhibition will provide a unique and behind-the-scenes insight into how a fashion house becomes an icon. This is supposed to be one of the most iconic exhibitions that will take place in Australia. It will start on August 27 and continue for about two months till November 7 in Melbourne.
