The bright sunny day is prepping for the semi-finals of the Cavalry Gold Cup that will get in action at the Jindal Polo Ground, Noida, India. The first match of the game started off with team Sujan and team Rajnigandha Achievers in full tone of battle. As soon as the clock stuck the time, both the teams got on in best of their ponies and within a minute Abhimanyu Pathak stuck a tight shot in favor of his team. Following the similar pattern, the match started once again, where Abhimanyu Pathak once again took a long shot for his team. He was attacked by Pacho but fortune favored Sujan team. At this, team Sujan maintained a lead by 2goals to 0. After the half chukker, team Rajnigandha Achievers were granted a penalty shot that Daniel Otamendi took but missed it shortly. With this, the game started once again taking a nice and clean shot, Pacho grabbed the first goal for his team.

The second started off a striking by Pacho in no time. Getting into the full swing, the match started off once again, where Sujan’s slight mistake helped Rajnigandha Achievers with a penalty shot but could not be turned into a goal. The chukker did not see any further progression until the last second when Abhimanyu Pathak turned a losing shot into a goal.

Starting off with the third chukker, both the teams started off with the spirit to seize the victory. The chukker started With Basheer Ali taking the lead. He grabbed the third goal for his team. This was quickly taken forward by Abhimanyu Pathak where he took the chance and grabbed goal for his team. Both the teams kept the scoreboard alive with similar pace. At this, Daniel took a chance the ball for another goal but missed it shortly. This was quickly balanced by Pacho and the missing shot was turned into the goal. The match remained neck to neck and no predictions could be made of who shall be the first finalist of Cavalry Gold Cup. Both teams rested at 4 goals each and with this, the chukker resumed after half time. The chukker was proceeded with Phil Seller taking the lead for his team.

The final chukker started off with Sujan getting a penalty hit but missed it. The scoreboard still remained at the same pace. After this, it was team Rajnigandha Achievers who got a chance of penalty and turned it into a goal. The match stopped for half time after which a long clean shot by Basheer Ali weighed the chances of Rajnigandha Achievers . Soon after this, Allan hit a long shot from almost the middle of the ground with which the score rested at 7goals to 5.

After Rajnigandha Achievers became the first finalist of the Cavalry Gold Cup, it was time for the second match. Starting off with a penalty shot, Naveen Singh took the chance and turned it into the first goal for the team. Already with an advantage of 1.5 goals, team ASC Col Girdhari Singh was now leading with with 2.5 goals to nil. It was then Dhruvpal Godara who took the opportunity and stroke another goal for his team. Watching the speed of the game, team Aravali Polo got on with all the zeal where Siddhant Sharma grabbed the first goal for his team. It was in the dying seconds that Angad Kalaan from team Aravali Polo.

The second chukker had all the spirits of the sport. For a long time the chukker did not witness any goals. It was only when the heat of the sport started to grow higher that Angad Kalaan once again hit the ball to turn into a goal. There was no action until half time. The ground was brought alive only when Angad once again struck a goal for his team. This was quickly complimented by Siddhant’s move that had the next recent opportunity turned into a score.

The third chukker saw less action on the scoreboard more on the ground. The dying minutes of the chukker although witnessed Dhruvpal Godara in action for a penalty shot which once again brought the competition to great closeness in the scores with Aravali Polo leading by just half a goal. The fate started to change when Naveen Singh grabbed another goal.

The fourth chukker started with Roddy Williams in full swing. He charged the game with Aravali Polo once again leading by half a goal. But the fate of the game saw a roller coaster ride with penalty calls. ASC missed one of them, but Dhruvpal got another chance right and bracketed the chance into a goal. The fate danced again in Roddy’s plate and he grabbed a goal for team Aravali. Although not remaining static, it was now time for ASC where Naveen Singh grabbed a goal for his team. It was still a difference of just half a goal but now team ASC lead. With this we had the winners of the match and the second finalist.
