Yesterday, on 8th December the final of VII X La Aguada Ladies Cup was held La Aguada Polo Club, in Open Door, Argentina. The ladies competition was part of the busy and successful 2017 HSBC spring season.
The tournament featured four teams up to 14 goals. The teams who participated in the ladies cup were Queenstown Polo, Hamburg Polo Power, Matryoshka, and La Amistad Polo.
In the final showdown of VII X La Aguada Ladies Cup, Matryoshka defeated Queenstown Polo by the difference of just one goal and claimed the X La Aguada Ladies Cup. The final score of the match was 7 to 6.
Hazel Jackson of Matryoshka was declared as the Most Valuable Player and Fair Play Award went to Marie Garnier of Queenstown Polo. And the subsidiary went to La Amistad Polo as they defeated Hamburg Polo Power by 5-4.
