The first sub-semi-final game was between Standing Rock and La Hechicera Polo Team. Both teams had been phenomenal this far and were looking to qualify for the sub-final game. Standing Rock, proving to be a little more determined to win the game, ended up just a point ahead, earning their tickets into the sub-final of the event.

Winner: Standing Rock ( 7-6 )

Sub-Semi-Final 2: Green Gates vs Emlor 

The second sub-semi-final game had even more goals scored and was between Green Gates and Emlor. The game was really close, as both teams were vying for the win, but only one could have a spot in the sub-final match. Green Gates scored more goals towards the end of all rounds, keeping Emlor at bay and securing the win by just a one-point margin.

Sub-Final: Green Gates vs Standing Rock 

Date: 11 May 

After a day’s break, it was time for the sub-final game between Green Gates and Standing Rock. The former team kept the game under control by guarding their defences. Standing Rock could not move its scoreboard, gradually leading to its demise. On the other hand, Green Gates scored beautifully throughout the game to win the sub-final of this year’s La Martina Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother’s Centenary Trophy.

Final: Ojo Caliente vs Tchogan/Polo Performance

Date: 11 May 

The day of finals finally dawned upon the audience and was held between two of the most deserving teams: Ojo Caliente and Tchogan/Polo Performance. Both teams were off to a decent start, and neither could get too big of a lead to make themselves comfortable. Tchogan was almost able to level the scores towards the end. Still, time didn’t favour their struggle, and Ojo Caliente won the game, the champions of the 2025 version of the La Martina Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother’s Centenary Trophy.
