The anticipations are high for the conclusion to the 18-Goal International tournament, The Silver Cup, is set to take place for tomorrow between the teams of Ghantoot and UAE Polo. After a very powerful performance against Desert Palm, Ghantoot presents a challenge to tournament favorites UAE Polo. Both teams won their respective semi-final match-ups in a spectacular fashion. Ghantoot defeated Desert Palm in the semis by 15-9 maintaining a healthy lead throughout the match whereas UAE was involved in an absolute war with Habtoor, only managing to capture the lead in the second last chukker. The players to look out for in this match-up would be Juan Gris Zavaleta of Ghantoot scoring 9 goals in his last match and Tomas Panelo of the UAE polo, scoring 6 in his previous outing. Both teams are scheduled to clash on 8th of Feb at 4 PM at the Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club, with the match serving as the subsidiary final between Mahra Polo and Zedan Polo beginning at 1.30PM.
