The Sapta Shakti Polo Championship 2022

5th September, Day 1

The first game featured the squads of Under Dogs and 61 Cavalry, with Allan Shau Michael, Ranshay Aprohit, Pratap Kanota, and Vishal Singh representing the former. Maj MS Chauhan, Maj Aman Singh, Dhruv Pal Godara, and Savir Godara backed up the 61 Cavalry. The 61st Cavalry executed wizardry on the field, leaving their opponents in the dust, winning with a score of 12 to 4.5 points.

 

9th September, Day 2

The ASC Achievers took on RVC Polo in the tournament’s second match. Shivangi Singh, Nk Ravinder Mang, Lt Col Yatinder Kumar, and Daniel Otamandi competed for ASC Achievers against Jayveer Gohil, Ld Sat Praksh/ Ram Singh, Swr D Santosh, and Nb/Ris Vijay Singh. The ASC Achievers celebrated their victory with a score of 7 goals to 1.5 against the RVC Polo.

 

10th September, Day 3

On the third day of the tournament, the Salvo and Under Dogs engaged in an intense battle. Team Salvo took the lead in the first chukker, and thanks to incredible performances in the fourth chukker, the Salvos won the match against the Under Dogs by a score of 6.5 to 5. Sunny Patel, Lt Prince Pal/ Nk Kuldeep, Nk Irfan Khan, and Lt Co A Samantaray represented the winning team against Allan Shaun Michael, Ranshay Purohit, Pratap Kanota, and Vishal Singh.

 

12th September, Day 4

The fourth day began with intriguing performances by teams ASC Achievers and RVC Polo. The ASC Achiever’s accomplishments were supported by Shivangi Singh, Nk Ravinder Mang, Lt Col Yatinder Kumar, and Daniel Otamandi against RVC Polo players Javier Cinhil, Ld Sat Prakash / Ram Singh, Swr D Santosh, and Nb/ Ris Vijay Singh. The ASC Achievers defeated the RVC Polo quad with a nearly double score of 8 to 4.55.

Another match was held between the Salvo and the 61 Cavalry, with Sunny Patel, Lt Prince Pal/Nk Kuldeep, Nk Irfan Khan, and Lt Co Samantaray supporting the Salvo against the opponent’s players, Maj MS Chouhan, Maj Aman Singh, Dhruv Pal Godara, and Savir Godara.

The 61st Calvary presented another impressive performance, defeating the opposing team by a massive margin of 9 to 3.5.

 

13th September, Day 5

Fighting against Team Salvo, the ASC Achievers once again displayed brilliance, matching their previous standing in the tournaments. The winning team’s fighters, Shivangi Singh, Nk Ravinder Mang, Lt Col Yatinder Kumar, and Daniel Otamandi, defeated Sunny Patel, Lt Prince Pal/Nk Kuldeep, Nk Irfan Khan, and Lt Co Samantaray, with a score of 7 against 4.5 goals.

The second match between the 61st Cavalry and RVC Polo, which was held on the same day, was won by members of the former team, Maj MS Chouhan, Maj Aman Singh, Dhruv Pal Godara, and Savir Godara, versus Jayvirsingh Gohil, Ld Sat Prakash/ Ram Singh, Swr D Santosh, Nb/ Ris Vijay Singh, by a substantial margin of 9 against 2.5 goals, bringing the Semi-Finals to an end.

 

19th September, Day 6

The finals trophy match for The Sapta Shakti Polo Championship, primarily unveiled the pioneers of Polo in the city of Jaipur, with the players of 61 Cavalry: Maj MS Chouhan, Aman Singh, Dhruv Pal Godara, and Savir Godara, opposing the other finalists of ASC Achievers, Shivangi Singh, Nk Ravinder Mang, Lt Col Yatinder Kumar, and Daniel Otamandi. Both teams gave everything they had, with the ASC Achievers taking the victory and winning the trophy and winners title, with a score of 6 against 4 goals.
