The AlUla Desert Polo, held from January 16–18, was a three-day highlight of the renowned Tantora Festival. Organized in partnership with the Saudi Polo Federation, the Royal Commission for AlUla hosted the world’s first polo event set in a desert environment equipped with modern amenities. Following the event, Richard Mille gained recognition as the official timekeeper for this two-day spectacle of elegance and sport.

3rd Place (Subsidiary Final): Bentley vs AlUla
The third-place contest featured a fierce showdown between Team Bentley and Team AlUla. Both sides played with precision and determination, avoiding any missteps that could cost them the match. AlUla fought valiantly to match Bentley’s intensity, but the latter proved to be a formidable force throughout. In the final moments of the last round, Bentley secured victory, outscoring their opponents and claiming third place.

Two deserving teams contested the coveted trophy: the Richard Mille Polo Team and the Ikmah Team. Cheers and applause echoed through the venue as the teams took to the field for one final, grueling showdown. Richard Mille started strong, establishing a steady rhythm early on. Despite Ikmah Polo’s relentless efforts to match their pace, the former team’s consistent scoring proved decisive. In the end, Richard Mille triumphed, edging out Ikmah Polo by a narrow margin to become the champions of the 2025 AlUla Desert Polo Cup.
