Match 1: Arty Polo Team vs Chennai Polo

The tournament kicked off in style, with the first game being held between Arty Polo Team and Chennai Polo. This opening game lit the atmosphere as both teams scored the second-highest number of goals in a single match of the event. However, in between these goal feasts, Arty Polo Team was able to chip in a couple of extra goals to stay ahead when the timer ran out of time.Â

The second game featured the teams of 61st Cavalry and ASC. This was a rather one-sided game where, in spite of giving ASC an advantage before the game, 61st Cavalry easily out-maneuvered them, scoring exactly double the number of points as scored by their opponents.

Match 1: Hyderabad Team vs Ultimate Army
Date: 15 August
Erupting a fire of patriotism within, polo played his part. Holding a sense of deep tribute, players got on the field to enjoy the national festival. The Hyderabad team fortified their defences and scored on every small opportunity they encountered, helping them win the first game held on this auspicious occasion.

Match 2: The Ultimate Team vs Hindustan Univ-Chennai
Date: 15 August
The following game was played between the Ultimate Team and Chennai. This was a rather close game where the former team started with an advantage. However, this alone was not enough, and they had to score a few extra goals to be ahead of the Chennai team by the end of time.
Winners: The Ultimate Team ( 5.5-4 )
Semi-Final 1: ASC Polo vs Arty (Salvo) Polo Team
Date: 16 August
After celebrating the previous day, it was time for the first semi-final game to be held between ASC Polo and Arty Team. ASC Polo started off pretty strong and followed up with the momentum, scoring consecutive goals to cruise through into the finals with a convincing victory.
Winners: ASC Polo ( 9-5.5 )
Semi-Final 2: 61st Cavalry vs Chennai
Date: 17 August
The second finalist was determined by a play between the teams of 61st Cavalry and Chennai. Answering the call from the first finalists, 61st Cavalry adopted an aggressive style of gameplay to score more than a dozen goals, registering the win by an even greater margin.
Winners: 61st Cavalry ( 13-5.5 )
Final: 61st Cavalry vs ASC Polo
Date: 18 AugustÂ
The highly anticipated final, amidst highly anticipated weather, was played this past Sunday. Amidst all the drizzling, 61st Cavalry lit fire among spectators by scoring more than half a dozen goals in this atmosphere. They were able to win against the determined team of ASC Polo, and grab the title for the second time in a row.
