Southeast Asian countries mark the arrival of autumn with the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is known by different names in different countries: Japan (Tsukimi), Korea (Chuseok), and Vietnam (Tết Trung Thu). In China, the Mid-Autumn Festival is deeply rooted in the country’s ancient culture, and is celebrated with the popular Moon Cake.
