The Baroda Cup finals had the brilliant Rajnigandha Achievers beating their equally competent opponents Sahgal Stud-Sona. The match took place at the Jaipur Polo grounds, starting with Matthew Perry scoring first two goals and securing lead for Rajnigandha Achievers. Though soon enough, Cdr Akhil Sirohi and Abhimanyu Pathak tied the scores.
With the second chukker beginning and both the teams at 2-2, Rajnigandha Achievers' Padmanabh Singh and Siddhant Sharma restored their team's lead. The second chukker saw Sahgal Stud-Sona scoring only one goal by Gaurav Sahgal.
In the third chukker, Rajnigandha Achiever continued to improve their scores, with Matthew Perry scoring three goals. Meanwhile, Sahgal Stud-Sona maintained their single goal increment, with Abhimanyu Pathak securing it in the third chukker. The last chukker saw both the teams defending their posts vigorously, with the final goal of the match being in favor of Sahgal Stud-Sona, scored by Cdr Akhil Sirohi. The scores clocked into 7-5 in favour of Rajnigandha Achievers.
