Ladies Cup 2018, Deauville goes to Brok Cafe

One can not now deny that women polo is not only rising but has achieved a remarkable attention with its capacity to deliver splendid tournament matches. The fourth edition of the Ladies cup was hosted by the Deauville Polo Club in france with huge success and media coverage. The tournament lasted four days beginning from 8 August 2018 and culminating in the most awaited confrontation between the team Charlo and Brok cafe.



Team Brok Cafe had been in spectacular form right from the beginning of this tournament and became evident in its first match with Mcdonald team. Team Brok Cafe strong attack on Mcdonald made them look miserably trying to save their goals. The first match marked their entry to the tournament stridently with a 7-2 win on 8th August.



Another interesting match with La Folie Douce only added strength to Brok Cafe as they continued the heavy attack indefatigable yet again on 9th August. Even though team La Folie Douce tried to bring themselves back in the game but they could go no further than 3 goals and lost to Brok Cafe who had scored 6 blistering goals.
 

 

 

 

Alongside team Brok cafe, team Charlo was also showing a brilliant form as all their players played with extreme energy and force. Spectators could have expected what a truly heated tussle if Charlo and Brok Cafe went in the finals. Much to their anticipation, both the teams entered the finals on 11th August and created the expected excitement in the spectators. But the match turned into a lopsided victory as team Charlo seemed to be mysteriously lagging behind the persistent attacks by the top players of Brok cafe. Lia Salvo was the major attraction from Brok cafe and the game ended on a reputable score for her team at 7-2. The culmination of this highly exciting tournament shows that women polo is increasingly spectacular and equally formidable.
