After concluding their long-standing partnership with Blancpain in February this year, Lamborghini announced its newest watch sponsor for the Lamborghini Squadra Corse, Roger Dubuis.

The Excalibur Aventador S is heavily inspired by Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse, both in terms of design and mechanics. The watch features Roger Dubuis latest 312-part movement system, RD103SQ, which utilizes part of Dubuis latest duotour caliber, which is inspired by the double wheel concept. Furthermore, the 45-mm Spider watch cases utilize Lamborghini’s C-SMC or multi layered carbon.
The watch comes in two variants; the first model, Excalibur Aventador S in "Arancio Argos" orange watch, would have just eight manufactured pieces of the model and each priced at $216,000. The second Excalibur Aventador S model, of which 88 pieces will be manufactured, is a tribute to Lamborghini by using its trademark "Giallo Orion" yellow. This version retails for $194,500.
As reflected in the watches’ robust design and sound technology, the partnership seems to be ideal with both the brands being the perfect fit for each other.
